In what condition are the trailers, and do we offer maintenance?
All units we offer are DOT-ready. You are welcome to come to our yard to see all our trailers. If you do not like the tires or brakes on them, if anything else needs fixing, etc., we will fix everything for you at the yard before you leave. But once you leave the yard, the unit is your responsibility, and we do not offer further maintenance.
Where are our trailers located?
Trailers – Bolingbrook, IL – location: 899 Greene Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440, USA
Gate code: #8869
How are the payments being done?
The payments are made on the 1st of every month. If you are taking the trailer any other day than the 1st, you will be charged for the rest of the month only (prorated). For example, if you take the trailer on the 23rd of the month, you will be paying for it from the 23rd until the end of that month. On the 1st of the next month, you will be charged the whole price for the current month (prepaid).
When does the payment start?
The payment will begin as soon as the request is sent to the leasing department, which will then start making a contract for that unit. From that day forward, you will pay for the trailer, even if you
haven’t picked it up yet. The payments start from that moment because we have a lot of trailers, and that is the only way the trailer can stay reserved for you.
What documents do you need?
After you choose the trailer you like, we will send you a contract via email. Before picking it up, besides the signed contract, you need to send us a filled-out ACH form, a picture of your VOID check, and physical damage insurance for the unit you are taking. Without all of the above, you will not be able to pick up the unit. There is no need to bring any documents because everything is processed electronically.
Can I pick up the trailer 24/7?
You can pick up the trailer 24/7 if you have signed and sent us all the documents needed. If you are not picking up the trailer by yourself, please send a copy of the signed contract to the person who is. Without that it won’t leave the yard.
