Customer Assistance
Following are the steps our customers go through to acquiring trucks and trailers guided by your personal assistant:
Approval Process
- First of all, we will need to get your company approved as our potential customer.
- To do that, we will need your basic company information along with a picture of the company owner’s commercial driver’s license.
- Once you send that over to your personal assistant, they will forward your company information to our safety management for review.
- This process typically takes one or two business days at the end of which you will be informed if your company has been approved and for how many units.
Choosing the Right Trailer
- The best way to choose the unit that’s right for you is to do so in person.
- Once approved as our potential customer, you will be able to schedule your visit to one of our yards.
- When arriving in our yard, you will be provided with a list of available trailers to choose from.
- After you make your choice and inform your personal assistant, the contract for the desired unit will be sent to your company e-mail along with other necessary documentation like registration and DOT inspection papers.
- If you’re too busy to make the trek yourself or prefer to send your drivers, we can offer you our equipment remotely by e-mail.
- Your personal assistant can send you pictures of the trailers as well as the terms for purchase or rent.
- Also, you will be provided with addresses of our yards as well as instructions on how to best get there.
